SHIPPING & RETURNS
Items will be shipped within 2 working days from when payment is received.
Where ever possible items will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
However please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Deliveries outside the UK:
We deliver worldwide. Please message us for the best delivery prices as these may not be available on our website for deliveries outside of the UK
Please note that deliveries outside of the UK maybe be subject to import &/or customs tax. Payment of this tax is the responsibility of the customer.
Update 03.12.22: Due to the current situation with Royal Mail and DPD we are only sending items via FedEx until the middle of January. We will review the Royal Mail and DPD situation at this point and update the shipping options appropriately.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return products bought if unsuitable within 28 days of receiving them. Sale items or reduced items must be returned within 10 days.
All product returns are at the cost of the customer unless we have sent the wrong item or it is faulty.
Personalised items are non-refundable. However if the item is faulty it can be returned for an exchange for the same product purchased.
All items purchased via the Bargain Bucket or Sale items are non-refundable as these items are often slight seconds
Please package your item carefully to prevent it from being damaged in transit.
Please refrain from applying postal stickers or packaging tape directly onto the original packaging of products (footwear boxes, rug bags, etc). In the event these terms are not adhered to and considerable damage is caused to the packaging, we will have to deduct money from your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the items back.
We advise that you obtain certificate of postage with adequate insurance as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
